Isi Artikel Utama
Abstrak
Generation Z faces various mental health challenges in the digital era, such as anxiety, stress, depression, and identity crises caused by intensive social media use and online social pressure. This article proposes an integrative model of Islamic values in revitalizing Generation Z’s mental health through a holistic approach that combines spiritual, psychological, and social dimensions. The spiritual dimension is realized through practices such as dhikr, prayer (shalat), Qur’anic recitation, and tazkiyatun nafs as means of soul purification; the psychological dimension integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Positive Psychology within an Islamic worldview; while the social dimension emphasizes strengthening ukhuwah and community-based support systems. The findings suggest that the integration of Islamic spirituality and modern psychology has the potential to enhance mental resilience, psychological well-being, and adaptability of Generation Z in facing digital era challenges. This model is expected to serve as a relevant and applicable alternative solution for developing mental health programs based on Islamic values.
